1. Scope of Services

We provide the following international services to Pakistani domestic customers interested in expanding or establishing their business operations in the USA:

Internal control evaluations and risk assessments tailored to U.S. regulatory requirements.

1.3. Taxation Services:

Tax planning and advisory services for cross-border transactions.
Transfer pricing studies and international tax structuring.

1.4. Advisory Services:

Strategic business advisory for market entry, mergers, and acquisitions in the USA.
Financial advisory, including valuation, due diligence, and capital raising.
Risk management and compliance consulting tailored to U.S. regulations.

1.5. Business Technology Services:

Implementation and optimization of ERP systems and other IT solutions for U.S. operations.
Cybersecurity and IT risk management in compliance with U.S. standards.

1.6. Business Incorporation Services:

Assistance with the incorporation of entities in the USA, including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships.
Registered agent services and support with obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EIN).
Compliance with U.S. federal and state regulatory requirements for business formation.

2. Jurisdictional Compliance

Our international services are provided in strict compliance with the laws, regulations, and standards applicable in the USA. We ensure that all services are tailored to meet the specific requirements of U.S. jurisdictions, including federal, state, and local levels.

3. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. Any inaccuracies or omissions may affect the quality of the services provided and may result in legal or financial consequences.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations related to your business activities in the USA. This includes, but is not limited to, tax laws, labor laws, and corporate governance requirements.
Timely Communication: You are expected to maintain timely communication with our firm, especially concerning deadlines for tax filings, regulatory submissions, and other critical business activities.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information related to our international services. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Data Protection: We implement robust data protection measures to safeguard your information. However, given the cross-border nature of our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the USA, where data protection laws may differ from those in Pakistan.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Fee Structure: Our fees for international services are determined based on the scope and complexity of the services provided. We will provide a detailed fee estimate before commencing work.
Currency: All fees for services provided in the USA will be quoted and invoiced in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Pakistani Rupees (PKR), as agreed upon.
Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in the engagement letter or invoice. Failure to pay within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Pakistan.
Dispute Resolution Mechanism: Any disputes arising from our international services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Pakistan, under the rules of the Arbitration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our firm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our international services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to update or modify this International Services Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
